What does success look like for your project?

Success for my project would be getting customers to adopt my app into their lives. Before the end of this school year, I would like to deploy Notice in time to catch the inflow of high school summer volunteers, partner with schools, and get a substantial number of organizations to adopt our product. I think this is a very reasonable goal. I want to learn how to make our product as helpful and effective as possible for its customers through community connections. I also want to see what it is like to lead a successful startup.
