December Update

My team and I are continuing our work with Notice Volunteer. We have secured 13 partnerships with nonprofit organizations spanning northeastern New York. We had our launch party in November and were interviewed by NPR WAMC for an episode of their radio show To the Best of Our Knowledge. Our next challenge is executing a successful pilot. We are working on reforming our pilot plan and working with a handful of our partners to start with. Non-executive members of the team will be accompanying me on most of our upcoming client floor-up meetings. I am happy that each of us is starting to feel ownership over the product because passion and a sense of responsibility get stuff done and builds a more unified work environment.
